Join Outrun the Stigma Calgary for this exciting new workshop!

Get your groove on for mental health! In this exciting new workshop, participants will be invited to engage in a number of movement and dance exercised to promote well-being, mindfulness, and positive mental health.

This workshop is open to individuals of all ages, body types, and skill levels. No dance experience is needed. If you have mobility needs we should be aware of please contact us prior to the event so we can ensure it is as inclusive as possible.

This workshop is free and open to all community members. Donations to Outrun the Stigma are welcome and will help us continue to keep our events free and open to the public.
